What ResumeReach does
ResumeReach helps you draft and track cold outreach emails for your personal job search. You paste your resume and a job description, and we generate email drafts you can copy, personalize, and send from your own inbox.
No guarantee of outcomes
ResumeReach cannot promise a reply, interview, offer, or any hiring outcome. Email quality depends on your input, and job outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing each email before sending it. Do not claim experience you do not have. Verify that all facts and figures are accurate. You send emails from your own inbox — ResumeReach never sends on your behalf.
AI-generated content
All emails are generated by AI. You should treat them as drafts and personalize them before sending. The AI-sounding score is writing guidance only — it does not promise to bypass AI detection.
Subscription and payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel at any time from your PayPal account. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
Refund policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to prevent future charges. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. To request a refund, contact steelcustompro@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
ResumeReach is for personal job search only. You may not use it for mass spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
ResumeReach is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
